Para hablar de cultura, se hace necesario remitirse a una definición textual, y según lo planteado por la Real Academia de la Lengua, se conoce como cultura al conjunto de modos de vida y costumbres, conocimientos y grado de desarrollo artístico, científico, industrial, en una época, de un determinado grupo social. También lo define como el conjunto de las manifestaciones en que se expresa la vida tradicional de un pueblo. Lo anterior, es la base fundamental para este trabajo, que tiene como fin analizar el contexto cultural en América Latina, visto desde los casos relevantes para países como Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y Costa Rica. El análisis se fundamenta en el contexto sociodemográfico, la diversidad etnolingüística y el patrimonio cultural de cada uno de estos países. La información fue obtenida en gran parte del sistema de información cultural de las Américas, donde se obtuvo información de primera mano de países como Costa Rica, Ecuador y Perú, el resto de información relacionada con Colombia se obtuvo de fuentes directas del Departamento Nacional de Estadística DANE.
The High Zagros belt is a portion of the Zagros orogenic belt. Structures of the High Zagros belt in the Aligoudarz area (NW Iran) are consistent with dextral transpressional deformation, which is related to the oblique collision between the African–Arabian continent and the Iranian microcontinent. The High Zagros belt in this area consists of NW-striking, dextral strike-slip Fault (Main Recent Fault) that are linked with imbricate fans and oblique-slip thrusts. Quantitative kinematic structural analyses suggest localized shear zones deformed with a significant pure shear component. Spatial Shear zones indicators are well developed in the Aligoudarz area and indicate shear zone parallel stretching and shear zone perpendicular shortening. The occurrence of a horizontal stretching component parallel to the deformation zone boundary allows a kinematic model of combined transpression and lateral extrusion for this part of the Zagros orogeny.
Restrictions of fossil fuels sources and concerns about environmental pollution caused to increase in the use of renewable energies like wind energy in the system. But, the wind speed and the amount of wind farm output power cannot be predicted accurately based on wind uncertain feature. Thus, the increasing of wind farms penetration in the power systems can be effect the structure, security and characteristics of the system. Since, the power generation of the wind farms has uncertainty, so the operators are faced with new challenges in system operation. Static reserve determination of the power systems with wind farms is one of these challenges. Because, continues wind speed oscillation make the operator to obtain the better models for study of systems uncertainty. In this paper, in order to consider the uncertainty of wind, the scenario generation method is used. Also, the responsible demands are used to obtain the system reserves in order to mitigate the wind farm output power uncertainty. Then, the operation problem is implemented to minimize the consumers’ costs and finally the generation and responsible demands dispatch are obtained.
The main purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between Organizational culture and Entrepreneurial Orientation from the viewpoint of experts and Cultural Organization managers in Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents, Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Cultural Organization and Entertainment of Municipality in Isfahan City. A descriptive and correlation method research was used. The data were collected from the managers and personnels of Cultural Organizations in Isfahan-Iran. The statistical society of research has covered all 250 employed personnels, 240 usable questionnaires were returned. SPSS was used for the data analysis. Based on the theoretical consideration, the research tool has included two standard questionnaires of Denison organizational culture model and Lumpkin and Dess Entrepreneurial Orientation model. The correlation coefficient Pearson was used to measure the assumptions. Based on the statistical findings, The research findings shows that there have been significant and positive relationship between Organizational Culture and Entrepreneurial Orientation respectively with a correlation coefficient of Risk taking 0/22, Proactiveness 0/17, Competitive aggressiveness 0/24, Innovativeness 0/14 and Autonomy with a 0/21 correlation coefficient.
In general most analyses performed on the structures with resistant moment frame system consider the connections as completely rigid and their exact behavior is not considered. However, the studies of rigid connections have shown that the details of rigid connections have different various resistance and final capacities. In this study a conventional rigid connection in Iran is analyzed numerically and in order to improve its rigidity an alternative connection system is proposed and the new model is analyzed. Ansys Software Ver.10 was used for non-linear analysis. The behavior curve is allocated to the coil element meter to analyze the verification of the connection behavior on the performance of the moment frame. The behavior effect of two connection models on the performance of the moment frames is compared.
Products containing probiotics have a special place among functional foods. Survival of probiotic bacteria during shelf life of the such products has an important role on their health improving effects. Addition of some materials; behind their influence on physicochemical and sensorial properties of the final product can enhance the growth of probiotics and nutritional value. In current survey, response surface methodology was employed to study the effects of red lentil flour (0-5% (w/w)), red grape concentrate (0-20/2% (w/w)) and storage time (1-25 days) on some properties of probiotic yogurt. The results of statistical analysis showed by increasing of red lentil flour, viscosity, water holding capacity and Bifidobacterium bifidum viability increased significantly. Synersis decreased by addition of red lentil flour up to 3.8%. Grape concentrate revealed positive correlation with pH values (P<0.05). Results of colorimetric assessment depicted that increasing of red grape concentrate declined whiteness index values of the yogurt (P<0.05). With regard to the results of sensory evaluation, addition of lentil flour caused decreasing effect on flavor score; but red grape concentrate led to a better flavor score in yogurt samples (P<0.05).
The pedestrians usually use the facilities which have high level security and accessibility. If the designing of the pedestrians\' facilities are principled and correct, then it will have a great effect on walking as a kind of transportation. The pedestrians\' behavior in different facilities is affected by the kinds of facilities and their locations in different parts of the city. The pedestrians\' personal characteristics such as sex and age Hamed (2001) and the number of people in a group Boles (1981) are among factors which influence on the pedestrians\' behavior. So, designing the sidewalks and walkable streets, as a part of transportation networks, requires a correct understanding of the pedestrians\' behavior in order to provide necessary conditions to the pedestrians\' security, comfort, accessibility, moving. Moreover, the density of the sidewalks and transferring their effects to the stations of the public transportations or the intersections leading to them are among the main factors to which must be paid attention in order to have a better understanding of the pedestrians\' manner and providing facilities for these kinds of users. Unfortunately, while the pedestrians\' traffic behavior is one of the most important and effective factors of the traffic engineering, it is less paid attention to. Therefore, the most important of all actions includes understanding the pedestrians\' characteristics. In this article, the pedestrians\' flow in the facilities of the sidewalks and walkable street are modeled by analyzing the behavior of 8541 pedestrians in two sidewalks and a walkable street in Rasht.
