Hypertension has influenced one billion people worldwide which causes heart attack and stroke. This research focuses on Managing Blood Pressure using Cupping Therapy Nursing compared with existing cupping techniques. This study aimed to determine the average score between CTNM and current cupping treatment techniques and determine which approach between CTNM and existing cupping techniques is most effective in lowering blood pressure. This research has a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a Two Group Pre-test and Post-test Design for 40 participants, each with inclusion and exclusion criteria, and was carried out by the Tsabita Nursing Health Care (TNHC) Cupping Clinic. The result of this research is that cupping treatment, using established procedures, effectively lowers blood pressure. Likewise, CTNM effectively lowers blood pressure by utilizing existing nursing theories. The final result of this study is that CTNM is more effective than current cupping treatment techniques in reducing blood pressure in individuals with hypertension.

This study examined currency devaluation and economic growth in Nigeria. Specifically, the study economic growth, balance and external debt on currency devaluation in Nigeria and tracked the direction of causality between currency devaluation and real economic variables in Nigeria. The study adopted the qualitative and quantitative research design. Secondary time series data covering 1990 to 2020 were obtained in the study. Estimation methods used in the study’s analysis includes descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, ARDL Co-integration analysis, parsimonious error correction model, granger causality test and other post estimation tests. Findings from the study revealed that gross domestic product exert positive significant impact on currency devaluation captured with currency devaluation both in the short and long run; balance of trade exert positive significant impact on Nigeria currency devaluation both in the short run and insignificant positive impact in the long run; external debt exerts negative significant impact on Nigeria currency devaluation in the short run; and positive significant impact in the long run; and a unidirectional relationship exists between external debt and currency devaluation, balance of trade and currency devaluation, external debt and balance of trade respectively. Premised on these findings, the study advocated that government in collaboration with monetary agencies should seek sound measures to reduce import and encourage exports towards maintaining positive trade balance and improve economic growth; government should create and introduce economic reforms or macroeconomic policies targeted at causing friendly business environment, boost economic output and improving the performance of the economy and government and the Central Bank of Nigeria should ensure debts contracted are deployed towards encouraging investment in exportable goods and services.

Introduction: Hip osteoarthritis became a primary problem over time, in relation to the greater current longevity of people. Objective: Determine the behavior of coxarthrosis at the Camilo Cienfuegos Sancti Spiritus Provincial General Hospital in 2022. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out by the University of Medical Sciences at the Camilo Cienfuegos Provincial General Hospital in Sancti Spiritus, Cuba. The sample consisted of 28 patients who underwent surgery with a diagnosis of coxarthrosis in the Orthopedics and Traumatology service. Results: The most representative age group was 50 to 59 years old, 57.14% belonged to the female sex. All patients reported suffering from limitation of external rotation and abduction movement, 92.85% reported suffering from deterioration in muscle strength. Grade 4 osteoarthritis prevailed in the patients, of which 92.85% of those operated on had a satisfactory evolution. Conclusions: Patients with a diagnosis of coxarthrosis operated on at the Camilo Cienfuegos Provincial General Hospital of Sancti Spiritus in 2022 were described, which made it possible to determine that this procedure had good results and with a low percentage of complications.

Many studies provide a comprehensive theoretical knowledge of corpus use in L2 instruction, especially for vocabulary, yet there is still a lack of practical application within EFL contexts. Therefore, this paper empirically examined the effectiveness of using corpus approach for EFL students\' vocabulary development and explored students\' attitudes toward using corpus to develop their vocabulary. Twenty-four Saudi EFL female students, divided evenly into control and experimental groups, participated. A mixed method design (quantitative and qualitative), including a pretest, posttest, questionnaire, and diaries were used. All data were analyzed statistically using SPSS program (v.25), along with descriptive analysis of learners\' diaries. The findings revealed that both groups showed improved vocabulary but favored the experimental group that received the corpus-based approach. Furthermore, the attitudes questionnaire\'s results showed most students held positive attitudes toward using COCA corpus for vocabulary learning, despite facing some difficulties, which as described in their weekly diaries, could be overcome with time through practice and training.

Also, an eco-friendly synthesizes copper and pladium nanoparticles using E. sativa leaves’s aqueous extract and to evaluate antioxidant and cytotoxic activities of both CuONPs and PdNPs and compare with aqaus extract of E. sativa. Nanoparticles produced were elucidated by UV– Vis spectroscopy, FT-IR, XRD, and HR-TEM analysis. Then, the purified nanoparticles for both copper and palladium as spherical red pellets were then investigated for antioxidant assay using DPPH method. In addition, to assess the Cytotoxic effect of the CuNPs & PdNPs on Human Colon carcinoma (HCT-116), Human Lung carcinoma (A549) and the normal human liver fibroblast cell line (WISH) was assessed by MTT assay. The study observed the IC50 value of PdNPs has most potent cytotoxic activity on different cell lines against as 14.4 ±0.2 µg/ml,18.3 ± 1.9 µg/ml and 43.1± 3.14 µg/ml for HCT-116, A549 and WISH cell lines respectively

The pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) points towards the limitations of the cost and management models that govern the EU healthcare systems. In agreement with the new European policy for health, to recover the national health systems resilience the EU Member States must make their expenditure more efficient. The actions must provide for an optimum long term public finance, conditioned, however by the choice-coverage-cost trilemma. For a better understanding of the relationship between the public funding and the pandemic resilience, this policy analysis studies the association between the health expenditure pattern 2014-2019 and the 2021 ranking pandemic resilience of EU countries, by referring to the health management system type and also health financing system type. The results of the analysis indicate, as main strategy for consolidating the healthcare system resilience, the increase of the role and intervention of the State in providing the adequate financing of the health systems.
