Cloning is a new method in reproduction. in this method, the experts sample a core somatic cell and substitute it in an empty ovule of a core to be born a creature similar to the owner of the corporal cell and be similar to him regarding to genetic and hereditary traits.\nFollowing relative success of such operations on animals, the debate of probability of conducting it on human beings converted to one of the controversial topics. In this line, scientists and advocates prohibited or prescribed it based on their own special orientations.\nRegarding to some reasons, opponents boycotted cloning. Some others, especially Shiite jurists thought that human reproduction\'s probable technologies will pave the way for some innovative horizons toward future.\nEmpowering the probability of human cloning caused plenty of legal and moral worries. Reaction against this phenomenon did not confine to national and municipal legislative realms. In the international level it has been tried to define a limitation for. As incipient necessary campaign, national and international organizations enacted the law to prohibit human cloning in a variety of documents. \nHuman cloning is among one of the controversies in which conducted researches does not seem sufficient. Since it contains various dimensions in positive and negative directions and besieges strong controversies about, claiming such a discussion is mandatory.\nThis study is descriptive - analytic research. It means that books, journals, records, and related subjects perused in the libraries and internet sites and necessary sections were collected and following planning and explanation, they were scrutinized. Ultimately based on reasoning, the data were collected and preferably the conclusion was drawn.
Saudi Arabia has the largest and fastest growing market for telecommunication products and services in the Middle East. The growing importance of this sector has attracted the attention of the Researchers for selecting the industry for the study. The main objective of the present research project is to make a comparative study of Public and Private sector of Saudi telecom industry regarding the Human Resource Development (HRD) practices. The Researchers have conducted an investigation for checking the degree of positivity in the implementation of HRD practices in these sectors. A survey questionnaire has been constructed and administered among the employees of STC and Mobily at managerial and non-managerial level from the selected districts of regions of Saudi Arabia. The study has brought out the existing HRD climate in to picture and would offer suggestions to improve the pace of such practices wherever they need improvement.
Seagrass has a crucial role in coastal ecosystem, but rapid coastal development, extreme climate change, lack of knowledge and appreciation of the community constantly threaten this declining resource. Monitoring of seagrass meadows is important to generate knowledge and fill data gaps. Nine seagrass meadows were surveyed in Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS) to (1) assess the demographic status (2) quantify clonal reproductive capacity (3) compare the abundance and density (4) determine the relationship of abundance, density and net recruitment and (5) find out the influence of abundance, density and monsoon exposure to the net recruitment of seagrass Thalassia hemprichii and Cymodocea species. Modified Braun-blanquet method and age reconstruction techniques were used to accomplish these objectives. Results reveal that in IGACOS, Cymodocea sp. is abundant, dominating (88 shoots/0.25m-2) and rapidly expanding (net recruitment 0.10 ln units/year-1) compared to T. hemprechii. ANOVA test discloses significant differences in abundance and density among seagrass meadows. High correlation is also noted between abundance and net recruitment. Regression analysis suggests a negative influence of density (-0.051) and monsoon exposure (-0.136) to net recruitment. Comparing Northeast (NE) sites to Southwest (SW) sites suggests monsoon exposure related impacts particularly on seagrass meadows located at the Northeastern side of the Island.
This paper introduces the features of Khorasan carpet appearance and functionality of their potential in the field of design and graphics work in this direction by providing a brief history of tribal Khorasan and hand-woven and designs of the introduction of the implications of this hand-woven pictorial. Visual characteristics of these rugs follow often unit structural. This visual structure that goes back to the ancient roots, in sometimes using women\'s creativity through the times of temporary migration between regions in terms of climate offers a new value in the image and composition. A short overview shows that the structure Northern Khorasan weaving is based on the traditional carpet weaving in Iran and how to use the tools in the context of the visual elements and principles of permanent tissue follows such as depth, horizontal appeal, traditional rose-colored, geometric designs and symbols.
The aim of this research is to evaluate the applied programs or laser space tech in communication. Laser communication links in space are attractive alternatives to present-day microwave links. This tutorial describes the essential concept or the functions of an ocular ending on board a spacecraft. It refers to the differences between limited-space ocular links on one hand or glass fiber techs or microwave directional links on the other hand. The needs on data transmitters or receivers as well as on ocular ramuses or pointing, acquisition or exploring methods are discussed. Typical application scenarios are out-lined, experimental techs or their technologies are shown.
The purpose of this study is to survey and comparison of move skills in students with specific disorders in dictate notes with normal students at fifth grade in mashhad city. In this regard and based on Lincoln - Ozerteski motor development test the move test is done. The population is schools of 7 areas of education in Mashhad. The results showed that in general, normal boy students performed better than students with specific disorders in writing.
Children with disabilities in writing and less writing failure are one of the special groups in learning. Failure in dictated have this characteristics that students write words by moving letters, spelling errors, punctuation errors, and reversing letters and words, writing, writing mistakes. Defects of learn can affect grow, learn, education for children. In this article different opinion solutions and suggestions will be reviewed.
Recent research aims to study the Neurofeedback Effectiveness on the Learning Skills of Elementary School Students. Methodology: the research was based on experimental method and pre-test and post-test with control group has been used. So, among female students with related parameters to participate in the research just 50 ones were choice. Three practice sessions per week for 20 were determined for each three groups. Both experimental and control groups participated in Neurofeedback learning sessions (promoting the Alpha wave, Alpha-Theta protocol) in addition to school practices. However, experimental group recieved real feedbacks and also similar implementation process for simulated neurofeedback group, there is no relationship between these feedbacks and neuro-activities. Standard school rules used to estimate the students record. Additionally, their changes studied and compared in these two stages. Compared to other groups, increasing the mean of records in real Neurofeedback group significantly presented as the result of analysis the unilateral covariance (p<0.05), also, however, mistakes decreased for each person in real Neurofeedback group, there was no significant different between these changes in pre-test. Neurofeedback training is effective on performance improvement with capable of operant conditioning of brain waves. So, with regard to the results, suggests that Neurofeedback training used to improve the school work of elementary students.
The mouse tail model was used to measure and compare antipsoriatic activity \nof Acalypha wilkesiana and Caulcasia scandens with that of earlier reported \nKigelia africana stem methanol extract with the objective of finding out which of these plant extracts is a better drug option for the treatment of psoriasis. The results obtained showed that topically administered extracts induced a significant and dose-dependent increase in orthokeratosis in the epidermis of the mice tails. No deterioration in the general condition of the mice in any group was observed. However, erythema was observed on the tails of the mice on which the K. africana stem methanol extract ointment (200 mg/ml) was applied. No tail erythema was observed in any other group. Application of the ointments \nresulted in the softening of the tails. In general, the irritation potentials of the ointments are relatively low when compared to dithranol which is commonly \nused in treatment of psoriasis. Only the A. wilkesiana methanol extract ointment \n(200mg/ml) showed above 40% drug activity which can be compared to the K. \nafricana ointments, thus, justifying its use in antipsoriatic drug development. \nUsing the modified mouse tail model, the A. wilkesiana showed more prospects \nof being an antipsoriatic topical agent when compared to C. scandens. Its drug \nactivity was quite similar to that of K. africana. The irritation potential of the hexane extract ointment was also similar to that of K. africana. In conclusion, Acalypha wilkesiana is a better plant for use in the development of drug for cure and management of psoriasis.
ABSTRACT\nClinal variation is a statistically systematic shift in phenotype composition within species population, arrayed across a spatial or temporal scale. Herewith, a cline is formed by a series of contiguous populations in which a given character changes gradually. Clines do not receive nomenclatural recognition. So, inter- and intra- phenotypic divergence of species along a cline may be viewed as morphotypes (morphs) or colormorphs and the occurrence of such morphs within a given species often posed a dilemma among many taxonomists. Thus, this paper describes the phenotypic differentiation of two cosmopolitan Neurothemis species having different morphs through phenetic analysis. A total of 57 characters were used to construct the character matrix. The important characters were body and wing color or pigmentation and mostly wing characters such as the fore- wing triangle, hind wing triangle, the radial planate, fore- wing subtriangle, number of anal loop ‘sole cells’ and hind wing supertriangle. Notably, an important character in delineating the species is the number of cross veins in the cubital space of the hind wing (behind the median space). The generated phenogram revealed the existence of three possible clusters based on overall phenotypic similarity. This divides the females into two clusters based on polymorphism that could have evolved as counter adaptation against sexual conflict or mere adaptation on ecological gradient. Meanwhile, the males were grouped as one except for N. ramburii morph 3, male whose phenotype resembles that of the females on the second cluster which suggest possible phenotypic divergence. Hence, describing variation and relationships based on a combination of discrete morphological characters proved to be useful.
