In this article has been tried to be discussed two of the great philosophers John Dewey and Mohammad Hussein Tabatabai on epistemology and its role in education. It is noted that Dewey is a pragmatism philosopher and Tabatabai is a realist Muslim philosopher, therefore, they are different worldview; whereas the basis for cosmology of Dewey is based on experience and cosmology of Tabatabai is based on existence and essence, so since epistemological has straight impact on knowledge of all aspects of education, especially education, the researcher want to survey the similarities and differences in views about the epistemology of Dewey and Tabatabai, first impact on the education of each of the views and secondly, to address the significant differences in their epistemological perspective or similarities will been discussed.

Call center agents who are still students are exposed both to the work environment and code switching among their classmates at school. This qualitative case study describes the manifestation of code switching among five students working as call center agents and the extent of their English proficiency when influenced by the code switching exposure. Probe questions were added to the questionnaire to uncover the functions and reasons of this phenomenon. An analysis of the responses revealed that code switching was done if the participants have a hard time expressing their ideas, feelings and thoughts in class. In detail these were when coming to school straight from work, when talking to classmates who were not articulate in English, in classroom presentations, and in going back to the workplace. It is recommended that further research be done on the manifestations, reasons and functions of code switching to come up with a detailed description of the phenomenon.

The aim of this study is to investigate relationship between Real Activity Levels and Deposits in Iran. Therefore, using panel data among Iran’s provinces and the estimate of the time series data over the period of 10 years (2000-2009) the relationship between economic indicators and deposits using software Eviews was discussed. Results showed a direct relationship with the GDP and deposits and Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.88 and also the independent variable of GDP is causality of deposits.

Shortage of caregivers and/or fast turnover of caregivers for the rising numbers of special children and older population were some problems that led to this present study. This aimed to provide a description of the life and situation of carers of the special children in Healing Hands Centre. Descriptive-instrumental case study was deemed the appropriate method used as this went into the deep inquiry of a person or certain group of people who depicted their views on specific subject matter. The informants of this study were Six carers of special children, selected through purposive sampling. Through the careful analysis, the study found that most of the informants dreamt of jobs other than being a caregiver. Some of them had tried hard to finish a professional degree and ultimately find a better job. They had experienced difficulty with regards to relationship with the family and the care recipient but as they got along well, the satisfying relationship established through the years persuaded them to stay. They also expressed sympathy with the family of the recipient as a contributing factor why they could not leave their jobs. There were others who considered cash rewards as incentive for holding on with the job. Throughout their experience as carers, with all the problems they had faced, some informants expressed that they were able to cope with the situation by keeping the problems to themselves, self-sacrifice and a positive outlook in life. Others had family and friends whom they can lean on. They also called upon God and entrusted everything to Him for them to be able to endure.

The term \"Privacy\" has very broad meanings, which are covered and used by a large number of scientific disciplines. In this study respondents were asked about meaning of privacy in their homes. About 300 respondents from three low income residential complexes in Shiraz - Iran participate in the survey. Results shows that the most frequent replies was related to Feeling calm (calm place), Feeling secure (secure place), Feeling away from trouble (being away from others’ trouble), Feeling convenient and Feeling comfortable (comfort place/space).

Privacy can be considered as a basic need of human. This is why it has been a subject of many studies and discussions since 1890. In this study respondents were asked about source of their privacy perceptions in their apartment unit. About 300 respondents from three low income residential complexes in Shiraz - Iran participate in the survey. Results show that Family train was the most important aspect and personal desire was the least important source of privacy perception. Maintaining the social aspect and religious belief had a rate after family train, and also lots of respondents claim that all items are effective as source of privacy perception and they complement each other.

This work is a library-oriented research on the concept of Intention (Qasd) in juridical relationships and investigating its detection by the judge in order to. Therefore, the theories of lawyers on inner and apparent intention at different periods have been investigated. However, regarding to the deficiencies of each of the mentioned theories, we can say that, without resorting to the principle of equity, those theories, sometimes have led to injustice. Therefore, the aim of this article is explaining the importance of equity and its prestigious position in discovering and interpreting the intentions of the parties to resolve the conflict between the parties arising out of the contract between them when the concept or the Mantuq is ambiguous or implementing the contract will result in injustice.

In the general sense of meaning, justice is synonymous with equity, however, equity, unlike justice. All of the religious rules are mandatory and require the compliance of all people. In Islamic jurisprudence, there are many emphases on observing equity in the affairs of Muslims so it seems that, the root of equity must be searched in Islamic references. Almighty God, though is confident about the preaching style of the prophet, but has expressed this issue with doubt so that, whether the messenger is right or the other people and there is no third way.\nIn this paper we summarize the equity in Islamic Jurisprudence.

In the higher education system, effective faculty members are a remarkable advantage that a university can enjoy based on a competition in the production of science.
