Setting and planning the limits for region and actions (project management), increases executive quality and saves time and budget. Especially in cultural landscape conservation because of the historic value and restriction in intervening and owning, the management has got an important role. Nowadays because of unlimited growth of the cities, these properties especially historical gardens has been exposed to destruction, for this reason, the necessity of using concurrent management system has demonstrated more than before. The purpose of this research is to define the process of cultural landscape conservation management on the basis of ICOMOS\'s articles (World Heritage Papers) and Burra management system.The results of this research explains a new hierarchy of conservation management\'s stages based on all of the limitative criteria, including renovation and reconstruction bunds, ecological and environmental condition, stakeholders and other significance of historical sites, which is used to determine all of the necessary activities based on conservation charts. Thereby in addition to restoring a cultural landscape, it will be possible to restrict any illegal and unnecessary changes.

Low-power lasers are widely used in dentistry and are efficient in the treatment of periodontal disease and its side-effects. Controlling the pain and lowering the inflammation after a periodontal operation is necessary. This clinical trial study tested 30 people aged from 15 to 65 in three groups who suffered from medium to advanced generalized periodontitis. The goal was to conduct a comparison between the efficiency of low-power laser gallium- aluminum- arsenide and helium- neon with control group in alleviating pain through visual analogue scale method. The other goal was analyzing the amount of inflammation via Immunoturbidometric method by measuring C-Reactive protein (CRP). The analysis of VAS data on the 3rd day (p=0.07), 5th day (p=0.008), and 7th day (p=0.01) showed a meaningful difference in the amount of pain among three groups. Comparing each three group, there was no particular difference between Ga-Al-As and He-Ne laser group (p>0.05). The difference between Ga-Al-As group and control group in 3rd day (p=0.028), 5th day (p=0.005), and 7th day (p=0.0038) was meaningful, but the difference in the 1st day (p>0.05) was not. There was also a meaningful difference between He-Ne group and control group in 5th day (p= 0.013) while there was no difference in 1st, 3rd, and 7th day (p>0.05). Using low-power laser after periodontal operation was more effective in lowering CRP, comparing with control group, but the difference was not meaningful (p=0.275).

The present study aims at identifying the most agile alternative of supply chain in Iran Auto Industry. To do so, the Analysis Network Process Model (ANP) is suggested as a framework. Having identified criteria influencing chain supply agility such as responsiveness, flexibility, competency, economic optimization, and speed, the related sub criteria are determined; and a model using ANP approach taking into account four alternatives of Iran khodro, Saipa, Bahman Motor, and Shahab khodro is presented. To determine the relative significance between criteria and sub criteria, a pair comparison questionnaire using Saati scale (ranging from 1 to 9) was developed. Questionnaire validity was ratified by a group of experts. Given the final weight yielded, the alternatives were finally ranked. And according to the findings, Iran Khodro with the final weight of T.2 proved to be the most agile alternative of supply chain. On the contrary, Shahab Khodro with the final weight of %7.1 was the poorest company in supply chain agility.

Make or buy decision, is one of the production strategies of the industries. Despite its effect on the dynamism of economic institutions, the problem of make or buy decision is usually viewed as a short-term matter, which is based on costs and operational considerations. The environment dynamism and unreliability of suppliers’ performances have caused some changes and re-considerations in the present algorithm of companies’ make or buy decisions. The aim of this research is to answer the following question: How can an algorithm be found through which the decisions regarding the component production by the manufactures or ordered by the suppliers can be made, considering the effective factors on make or buy decision process?\n In this paper, considering the necessity of adopting a new attitude toward the problem of make or buy in sprayer manufacturing companies, this algorithm was reconsidered and represented. Crystal-Ball software and simulation were employed in make cost computations due to the uncertainty of some parameters. Having applied the algorithm as a case study, some were made regarding changing make or buy strategies in the mentioned companies. Based on the gained results, their implementations were suggested such that the algorithm was redesigned in terms of other effective factors on make or buy decisions. The consideration of investment costs and disruption risk in the suggested algorithm provided the novelty aspect of this research.

This phenomenological inquiry aims to describe the experiences in learning the target language among indigenous students of the University of Mindanao. Twelve individuals belonging to five different tribes, enrolled in different courses, and ages 18 to31 years old were purposely chosen to participate in the mini-focus group discussions. Poor knowledge in grammar topped participants’ difficulties and others include limited proficiency and vocabulary, poor comprehension, lack of confidence, and cultural differences. On the other hands, participants’ achievements comprise academic progress, developed effective communication, fluency in the language, increased self-esteem, and job opportunities. Results confirmed previous studies; however, it is worthy to note other important issues drifted like were consideration of cultural background and psychological experiences of learners in the teaching of a target. Further, results infer the significance of the interplay between the learners and their upbringings.

Ecotourism involves the travel to a destination without harming the natural and cultural environment. It also gives an impact to tourists that environment has an important role in the world. One of the ecotouristic activities in the Island Garden City of Samal is mangrove rehabilitation, and it is very alarming that residents only give minimal recognition in regreening their mangrove forests. Mangroves extend approximately over fifteen and half million hectares worldwide. Mangroves are important because they help to keep the water clean, help in defending shoreline from erosion by storm waves and Mangrove ecosystems contribute to marine and terrestrial biodiversity, coral reef preservation and function as a nursery for reef fish. Though mangrove ecosystems render a unique and valuable range of resources and services, huge areas of mangrove continue to be lost to agriculture and urbanization. The study aimed to determine the implementation of mangrove rehabilitation and level of participation of local residents in the Island Garden City of Samal. It specifically sought the implementation and level of participation based on the two indicators: production of seedling and plantation development. The study made use of the descriptive design in a quantitative manner of research with a sample size of 120 respondents. A researcher made questionnaire was used as an instrument to determine the implementation on mangrove rehabilitation and level of participation of local residents in Island Garden City of Samal. The study revealed that the years of implementation of mangrove rehabilitation is that most of the respondents were at their 1st to 3rd year of implementation, then followed by respondents who are on their 4th to 6th year of implementation and lastly, only few of the total respondents were at their 7th to 10th year. The level of implementation on mangrove rehabilitation of Island Garden of Samal is low. In terms of production of seedling the level is very low while on the plantation development it is high. This implies that the mangrove rehabilitation of in Island Garden City of Samal is poorly implemented due to some speculations that the residents do not follow anymore the process in which they only buy the seedling. On the other hand, the level of participation of local residents on mangrove rehabilitation is low. In terms of production of seedling, the participation of local residents is low while on the plantation development it is participated moderately. This goes to show that local residents in the Island Garden City of Samal rarely participate in the Mangrove Rehabilitation. And lastly, there is a significant difference in the level of implementation when analyzed according to the years of implementation and area. The researchers highly suggest reviewing the components of the program and the local and national government should assign specific personnel to focus hardly on the program to maintain its aim in regreening the coastal areas through mangrove trees.

Salicylic acid (SA) plays a critical role in plant development and defense responses to biotic and a biotic stresses. In other to study the effects of salicylic acid on some quality characters of tomato this experiment was done as a randomized blocked design with 4 replications in 2011 cropping at Shirvan department of agriculture research center. Different concentration of salicylic acid (10-2, 10-4, 10-8 molar) was done every 15 days after plant establishment as foliar replication. Measured variation was including apparent factors (The number of panicle in a bush, the yield in a bush, diameter of fruit skin, the rate of pressure, vitamin C). Obtained results of this study show that salicylic acid significantly affected tomato yield, the number of panicle in a bush, diameter of fruit skin and the rate of pressure tolerance. Among foliar application, the highest rate of tomato yield with mean of 3059.5 (gr) obtained in S3 (Sa10-6), highest numbers of panicle in tomato bushes with mean of 31025 measured in S1 (Sa10-2) and the highest amount of fruit skin diameter by the average of 0/52 mm was seen in S1 (Sa10-2) with mean of 0.55 mm. and minimum amount of all this characters was recorded in control treatment. Foliar application of salicylic had significant effect on Brix index, Vitamin C, and lycopene. Highest amount of brix index was measured in S2 (Sa10-4) and highest amount of Vitamin C, and lycopene was obtained in S1 (Sa10-2) and minimum amount of all quality characters was measured in S5 (control).

Objectives: This study aims to describe consequent Emotional Intelligence and coping strategies levels in teachers, and to examine the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and coping strategies levels and job satisfaction. \nMethods: In this cross-sectional survey design study, 75 teachers from primary schools of Mashhad-IRAN completed Personal Data\nForm, Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (JDI), Coping strategy Inventory (CSI) and Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire(EIQ). Response rate was 92.4%.\nResults: In this study, it was found that there is statistically significant light positive relation (p < 0.05) between emotional Intelligence with job satisfaction and statistically significant difference was found (p < 0.05) between coping strategy with job satisfaction. Also findings of the regression coefficient for EI were; R2 was 0.08.it means just 0.08 of job satisfaction variance is predicting by Emotional Intelligence. And R2 was 0.30 for coping strategies .it means 0.30 of job satisfaction variance is predicting by coping strategies. A statistically significant positive relation ( p < 0.05) between JDI total mean score with WCI’s dimensions of problem solving(r=0.492), cognitive restructuring(r=0.450), social support(r=0.416), wishful thinking(r=0.266), and social withdrawal(r=0.258), on the other hand there were no significant relationships between express emotions(r=0.122), and self criticism(r=0.164) with job satisfaction. Conclusions: The job satisfaction of Iran primary schools teacher was at a moderate and that of the teachers who succeeded to coping with the stress was heightened. Higher levels of job satisfaction were associated with positive coping strategies. This study contributes to a growing body of evidence demonstrating the importance of coping strategies to teachers’ job satisfaction.

Markazi Province is located in central of Iran between 49o and 48\' eastern longitude and 34o and 3\' northern latitude. One of the strategy crops in Arak is forage corn. In order to determine the yield response factor (Ky) of forage corn, hybrid (Maximas) at different growth stages under water stress, Nitroxin and nitrogen application levels experiment was conducted in 2012 in Arak, under field conditions. This research was examined split-split plot in a randomized complete block design with four replications. Irrigation treatments consisted of two irrigation levels (I0) and deficit irrigation (I1) as the main factor Nitroxin three levels: zero, 0.5 and 1 ml per 25 kg of seed and nitrogen levels of zero, 125 and 250 kg per hectare, which was considered as a minor factor. To acquire the actual evapotranspiration (ETa) of net requirement irrigation was measured in the field and to calculate potential evapotranspiration (ETO) using FAO Penman mantis. To determine the yield response factor (Ky) Stewart\'s formula was used. Coefficients were calculated for the four growth stages of plant growth, vegetative stage, stem elongation, flowering and ripening product, respectively: 0.24, 1.6, 0.54, 0.28 and 1.6 were obtained for the entire period. The results shown a satisfactory correction between ky calculated in this research and other studies.
