Here we introduce a general kind of special functions that their derivative functions do not exist.

In recent time, scholars, educationists, parents, journalists, educational researchers and principals at schools across Canada and internationally have started paying attention on bullying, homophobia and homosexuality. Ten years ago, these issues were completely neglected in Newfoundland schools or tended to be absent from public discussion at Newfoundland schools. As a result, safe school policies and anti-bullying programs have been proliferated now-a-days at Newfoundland schools. Now this article will explore the politics of bullying and incidents of homophobia and homosexuality at Newfoundland schools. Also, the author is challenging educational leaders to initiate and support measures to confront homophobic violence, bullying and homosexuality, even against certain opposition in order to implement safe school policies for all students at different grades in Newfoundland and across Canada.

Population dynamic parameters of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) were estimated from April 2011 to March 2012 in the Shadegan Wetland. 940 specimens were collected from five stations namely Mahshar, Rogbe, Khorosy, ‍Salmane and Ateish in the Shadegan Wetland in Khuzestan province (Iran). Population dynamic parameters were calculated for C. carpio as below, L∞: 537 (mm); K: 0.36 (yr-1); t0: -0.20, Ф’: 3.01. The estimated value of total mortality, natural mortality and fishing mortality were Z: 1.44, M: 0.66, F: 0.78 respectively. Relative yield per recruitment (Y\'/R):0.02, relative biomass per recruitment, (B\'/R):0.3; Exploitation ratio maximum sustainable yield, Emax: 0.43; precautionary average target (Fopt=0.51 yr-1) and limit (Flimit=0.67 yr-1) biological reference points for this stock was calculated. The results showed exploitation ratio of C. carpio is more than optimum level and no increase in fishing effort should be made in the area.

The focus of security research in computer vision is getting shifted towards in intelligent automated videos surveillance in recent years. The process of anomaly detection involves object classification, detection, tracking and recognition. In classification process we use local features of moving object and group them on basis of their attributes. In this paper, we have used time based dynamic warping with Hidden Markov Model for clustering of anomalous human movement through images collected through optical flow based segmentation.

Abstract:\n In the last four years, there is unusual disorder happened and it increasing continuously in Missan city and others neighboring cities. This disorder is that many people are suffering from increasing of hemoglobin percent (Hb). Blood’s percentage inside these people bodies are increasing continuously during the last five years. \nAccording to this research, this increasing in Hb is a result of decreasing of oxygen levels in atmosphere. Oxygen levels were measured by a scientific procedure during three years (8/2011-3/2013). Oxygen levels should be 20-21% but this research found that its less than 9%. This decreasing is a normal results due to many factors such as decreasing of green lands over the world and increasing of human population over 7 billion.\nOxygen gas is not infinite forever, earth gets it from green lands, algae…etc so when these sources are decreasing it will decrease too until reaching \"the end\". \nDecreasing of Oxygen gas in atmosphere lead to increase a lot of diseases because Oxygen is a fuel of human body when it decreases body’s energy will decrease too resulting of a lot of diseases. \nThis research explained how this earth is under threat reaching “The end” and how it is possible to prevent this.

In this paper, we investigate generalized Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability of orthogonally quadratic homomorphisms and orthogonally quadratic derivations, on orthogonal Banach algebras by using the fixed point methods.

Quantitative theory of money appears as having the most to say about the today money - e.g. this is a genuinely and largely developed and even developing theory of economics, a theory searching for relating the money base to real economy (i.e. national product or income) plus it verifies, as its basic equation (MV = PT) on long term 1 . Despite\nthat, there is another theoretical context putting this into a very shadow -- i.e. the\npolemics of money being: (a) representative, versus (b) fiat -- since this last polemics\nsucceeds to push the quantitative theory off impartiality. In other words, the\nquantitative theory sees itself caught as limiting monetary base to money supply, as well\nas GDP to its nominal (money) value – i.e. no mention about money base itself that is the\ncurrency directly issued by the authority into the national area, as the one of validity.

Recently, More Electric Aircrafts (MEAs) need advanced electric power systems to answer the variety kinds of electrical loads through power electronics equipments. Furthermore, the power electronics converters can be used to connect all alternative, energy storage systems, and distributed energy sources to the aircraft electric grid. So, the protection of sensitive loads and avionic equipments against the fault current and switching overvoltages is an important task. This paper proposes the Solid State Fault Current Limiter (SSFCL) application in the aircraft electrical distribution system. This device is connected in series with the bus-burs and can decrease the fault current amplitude during fault. In order to confirm the SSFCL operation during normal and fault operation modes, the MATLAB software is used to simulate the reconstructed electrical distribution network of the aircraft while the suggested SSFCL is connected in this network. The simulation results show the SSFCL ability to control the fault current and fix the bus-bur voltage to an acceptable level. So, the sensitive loads do not experience the sever voltage drop.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that increase the life expectancy of the elderly and the design of appropriate housing for the elderly. Then research continues to identify life expectancy level of elderly in nursing homes at private sector of Shemiranat in Tehran through Questionnaires, interviews and field observations and categorize the required factors for designing of affordable housing for elderly. Then it analyzes available information and offers modern planning to design elderly residence through approaches to increase life expectancy. Research method used is exploratory factor analysis by entering data in the application SPSS21. The Cronbach\'s alpha of the questionnaire is 833/0, which confirms reliability of questionnaire.
