Abstract: \n The aim of current investigation was to study influential factors of success level of technical and counseling companies from Tabriz Town farmers and technical-counseling companies’ perspective. Present research is of applied type. Statistical population of current study involves 131 leading farmers of Tabriz city and 45 technical counseling companies that are working at four districts of Khosroshahr, Basmenj, Tabriz Suburban and Espiran. Most of the study farmers were male, married, able to read and write (graduation level), with average age 46. The highest percent of the distribution was dedicated to lands 1-5 hectares with 56.48%. Most farmers showed their personal tendency of referring to the company expert’s office, announcing that personal referral has the highest advantage for them. Moreover, from these framers’ perspective, the most important barriers on the way of cooperating with the companies are costs imposed to them by the companies. According to these farmers, the indexes of company’s help in solving farmers’ problems, feeling free in solving regional issues and the role of researches in solving their problems had the lowest effects in company’s success in the field of providing service to the famers. Results of stepwise (multivariate) regression from farmers’ perspective indicated that 11 independent variables remained in the final model. In this regression, the coefficient of determination of the variables was 83%, F-value of the table was 7.23% and its level of significance was 0.0085. Results of stepwise regression from companies’ perspective indicated that three independent variables remained at final model. Here coefficient of determination of the variables was 0.96%, F-value of the table was 4.83 and its level of significance was 0.034.

The complex necrobionts and necrophilous beetles of the south of the Russia is described ecologically. The specific composition of groups is circumscribed. The legitimacies of creation necrobionts of the complex from a type of a landscape and taxonomic of an accessory of a corpse are detected. Studying of regional features of formation necrobionts and necrophilous complexes has, both scientific, and practical interest. Throughout 21 years we studied fauna and ecological features necrobionts Coleoptera mountain landscapes of North Caucasus and adjoining areas of the south of the Russia.

Three different distances (0, 50 and 100m) apart from each of four high ‎voltage-power lines which are differed in their ‎installation date (1989, ‎‎1991, 2008 and 2013) were used to examine the effect of electromagnetic ‎field (EMF) on ‎stomatal opening length (SOL), stomatal density (SD) ‎and stomatal conductance (SC) of Calotropis procera leaves. ‎The ‎magnetic flux density (MFD) generated from the recently installed high ‎voltage-power lines (1991, 2008 and ‎‎2013) were higher than that for the ‎old one (1981). The MFD reduced with the increasing of the distance ‎apart from a ‎power line.‎\n‎ The highest SOL was recorded just beneath the power line 2008 ‎‎(16.87 µm), whereas the lower SOL (10.73 µm) was ‎recorded at 100 m ‎far away from the 2008-power line. The SOL for the control plants ‎‎(15.17 µm) was found to be ‎‎11% less than the highest SOL and 41% ‎more than the lowest SOL. The Stomata closer to the power line (at 0 ‎and ‎‎50m apart) are wider than those at (100m) apart except at the 2013-‎power line. ‎\n‎ The highest stomatal density (SD) was obtained at 50m-apart from ‎‎1991 power line (1240 count/mm2), while the ‎lowest SD was found just ‎beneath the 2013-power line (265 count/mm2). On the other hand, ‎control plants recorded ‎‎(859 count/mm2) which is 44% less than the ‎highest value and almost double the lowest value. The wider SOL ‎was ‎found at the recent power lines (2008 and 2013) comparing to those at ‎the old power lines (1981 and 1991) at the ‎same distances. ‎\n‎ The SC for the plants collected from beneath the power lines had ‎higher values for the power lines except for the ‎‎2013-power line ‎comparing to the other distances. In addition, the SC values for the ‎control were lower than those for ‎‎1981- and 1991-power lines and ‎higher than those for 2008- and 2013-power lines.‎

Protein isolates of Citrullus colocynthis, Citrullus vulgaris, Lageneria siceraria I, Lagenaria siceraria II, and Lageneria siceraria III melon seeds were produced using alkali extraction media of sodium hydroxide and sodium sulphite. Protein isolates produced with sodium sulphite (PI2) are richer in cysteine, lysine and glutamic acid. They also had higher total amino acid content (TAA) ranging from 904.60 to 933.90 (mg/g protein) with an average of 915.56±11.73 mg/g protein and total essential amino acid content (TEAA) ranging from 419.20 to 473.20 (mg/g protein) with an average of 453.60±21.41 mg/g protein than protein isolates extracted with sodium hydroxide (PI1) with TAA ranging from 815.70 to 876.50 (mg/g protein) and TEAA ranging from 409.70 to 426.03 (mg/g protein) with an average of 842.68±24.04 mg/g protein TAA and 414.61±6.6 mg/g protein TEAA respectively. Sodium sulphite also increased the total sulphur amino acids (TSAA) in the protein isolates with values ranging from 35.40 to 40.60 (mg/g protein) compared with TSAA of PI1 with values ranging from 30.80 to 37.50 (mg/g protein) both with average TSAA of 37.94±18.27 for PI2 and 32.92±2.73 mg/g protein for PI1 respectively. Extraction of protein isolates with sodium sulphite invariably increased the sulphur amino acids, cysteine and methionine in the protein isolates which consequently increased the anti-oxidant nature of the protein isolates. Industrial production of plant protein isolates of high sulphur values and quality is favoured more by the use of sodium sulphite extraction medium. Conclusively, extraction of protein isolates of these melon seeds with sodium sulphite produced better protein isolates with higher total amino acid, essential amino acid, and sulphur amino acid which are of great health benefits to humans.

A fifty one year old female petient was admitted to neurology clinic with headache, weakness, obliviousness 3 years ago. At that time antidepressant drugs and outpatient psychiatry was adviced to patient. Despite applied psychiatry treatment her complaints had been on going due to altered hormonal axis. In our endocrinology clinic we performed insülin hypoglycaemia stimulation test her and diagnosed hypopituitarism. After the hormon replacement therapy her depressive complaints were ameliorated, and antidepressant medication was stopped.
